It was reported on March 15th local time that Banwol Island and Park Jido Island are two adjacent islands in Sinan County, Jeollanam-do, South Korea. They have recently become emerging tourist attractions.
This is because the two islands are connected by a purple bridge, and apart from the purple lavender flowers on the island, all the buildings and facilities are also purple.
When people look around here, they are all dreamlike purples. It's no wonder they are called "purple islands".
