A Vietnamese couple was arrested for performing cosmetic surgery at their home in Chiba prefecture, even though they were not qualified as doctors.

The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating that it has repeatedly illegally treated foreigners living in Japan and has sold more than 4 million yen so far.

Both were arrested by Vietnamese nationals, office worker Chang Ti Nyun (27) and husband unemployed Nguyen Tien Fung (37).

According to the Metropolitan Police Department, from November last year to January this year, four Vietnamese and Nepalese women who live in Japan without being qualified as doctors at their homes in Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture, have hyaluronic acid on their lips. There is a suspicion of violating the Medical Practitioners Act for performing medical procedures such as injecting or double eyelids.

It means that they recruited customers on SNS and performed the treatment at a price that was tens of thousands of yen cheaper than usual.

In response to the investigation, all of them admitted the charges, and among them, Chan stated that he was "interested in cosmetic surgery from an early age and learned techniques by learning from relatives' doctors and dissecting frogs." It means that there is.

The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating that the two have repeated illegal medical treatments against at least 50 foreigners since last fall, and have sold more than 4 million yen in total.
