[Explanation] Liang Zhiren believes that the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the 2035 long-term goal outline are proposed to support Hong Kong's promotion of its status as an international aviation hub, the construction of an international innovation and technology center and a regional intellectual property trading center, and the development of Chinese and foreign cultural and artistic exchange centers. Both have brought opportunities for Hong Kong.
He also encouraged young people in Hong Kong to seize the opportunity to develop in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
