Sunday night, the Grammy Awards crowned two queens: Beyoncé and Taylor Swift.

While the former broke the record for awards for a female artist in this competition, the latter became the first female artist to win the Album of the Year trophy three times, tied with giants like Stevie Wonder, Frank Sinatra and Paul Simon.

The evening, which took place in Los Angeles almost a year to the day after the first closings of American concert halls under the threat of the coronavirus, was surrounded by strict health precautions, with masked stars and keeping their distance.

Meghan Thee Stallion 'revelation of the year'

In a competition that gave pride of place to women, the artist HER was awarded for her title

I Can't Breathe

Meghan Thee Stallion for her part received the prestigious Grammy for the revelation of the year, the first rap artist to triumph in this category since Lauryn Hill in 1999. This award comes after a year marked by the release of her first studio album
