New incidents have occurred in Bron, near Lyon (Rhône), in the night Saturday to Sunday during which the police station was targeted by several mortar fire.
There are no casualties.
In recent days, the town has been the scene of urban violence, following on from the riots in the neighboring district of La Duchère in Lyon.
Last Saturday, March 6, a 15-year-old suffered a heavy fall from a scooter and required emergency surgery for a cerebral hemorrhage.
An investigation was also opened by the prosecution to shed light on this accident.
The LR mayor of the city, also targeted by several death threats, had himself been attacked by a gang of young people at the end of February.
His vehicle had been graveled.
