A drink found in every home that lowers blood pressure

Research by Japanese experts has shown that tomato juice can lower blood pressure and cholesterol in people at risk of heart disease.

The researchers chose 481 volunteers, who during one year had to drink unlimited salt-free tomato juice, and during this period each volunteer recorded in a special notebook all the slight changes in his health status.

After the trial period ended, the researchers compared the indicators of all participants and discovered that most of the participants exposed to or suffering from high blood pressure had a 3% lower risk index.

However, salted tomato juice has an adverse effect due to its high sodium content.
