On the morning of March 11, the city of Changchun, Jilin was heavily foggy.
Under the shroud of fog, buildings and trees "disappeared", the whole city seemed to be placed in the clouds, and vehicles on the road slowed down.
The Jilin Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued a foggy orange warning signal at 7:27 that day, when the visibility in southern Changchun was less than 200 meters.
Jilin Provincial Department of Emergency Management and Jilin Provincial Meteorological Bureau jointly reminded the prevention work.
