"Hostile harasser": I have been separated from 6 months ago ... and "I already touched the child's body."

The defendant, who harassed the girl of El-Maadi, made detailed confessions before the South Cairo Prosecutor's Office, accusing him of harassing a child.

The accused said, "I actually touched the girl’s body, but not out of harassment, and that it happened that a woman came out of the laboratory while touching the girl’s body and thought that I was harassing her. He explained that he knew the girl well and that he called her to buy tissues from her and give her the price as a kind of help for the girl who works as a tissue seller in the street." And he said that he had been separated from his wife for 6 months and had two children, and that he did not intend to do that, but that he was joking with her.

The accused added that he works in a real estate company and is 37 years old, pointing out that he knows the girl well, and that he always bought napkins from her.

The prosecution also listened to eyewitnesses about the incident of the harassment of the Maadi girl to reveal the circumstances of the incident, as the investigations revealed that the witnesses of the incident, a doctor called Engy, and a secretary called Najla, and the investigations revealed that the place from which the two girls came out to rescue the girl was an analysis laboratory on the ground floor of a property in Freedom Square in Maadi, not a residential apartment.

The investigations also revealed that the child who was attacked by the accused was a tissue seller and she was on the street.

The beginning was when Cairo Investigations officers spotted a video clip on the social networking site showing a young man harassing a girl inside the entrance to a property in the Maadi area.

The South Cairo Prosecutor's Office ordered the detention of the accused, Mohamed Gawdat, known as the Maadi harasser, for 4 days, to investigate his accusation of harassing a child and touching her chastity sites.
