It remains for the moment untraceable.

The meteorite, spotted on February 27 at 10:43 p.m. by several witnesses and cameras including that of the Ferme des étoiles in Mauroux in the Gers, has still not been found in the Lot-et-Garonne department, near Aiguillon .

The research carried out in the field last weekend did not yield anything explained in a press release this Tuesday the participatory network Vigie Ciel (supported by the national museum of natural history) and the association A sky open farm of stars.

A small team took over at the start of the week to extend the research.

Other suites will be considered soon, depending on the conditions of progress of the mission.

People wishing to participate in future research can do so only by registering from the Vigie Ciel site and will be contacted later.

Residents are always invited to keep their eyes open.

If you think you have found the meteorite, you are invited to share your find by attaching photos and GPS coordinates.
