"Just setting up my twttr" ("just setting up my twttr").

With those words, Dorsey accelerated the platform, and the post is still one of the most famous.

Now it's for sale.

In a short post on Friday, Dorsey linked to a page where Twitter posts are sold to the highest bidder, and anyone can bid.

Digital idol card

But how to sell and buy posts that everyone can see even after the purchase?

The sales page is similar to the posts for unique signed idol cards and they are sold via the new technology NFT, which stands for "non-fungible token" and is similar to cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin in the sense that ownership is completely digital.

An NFT is completely unique and contains, among other things, metadata from the post and a digital signature from its creator.

However, the post will remain on the platform after the sale and can be viewed on Dorsey's account as long as he does not delete it.

On Sunday evening, Swedish time, the highest bid was 2.5 million dollars, around 21 million Swedish kronor.
