The police in Saarbrücken has ended a larger party in an apartment building with 35 people.
As the police announced, numerous people celebrated a birthday in the basement of the house on Sunday night without observing the applicable distance and hygiene rules.
The party guests did not wear mouth and nose covers, and some gave the officials false information about their registration addresses.
One person tried to give a completely false identity.
There were even guests from Hessen to attend the celebrations, the police said.
Some of the party-happy guests were reluctant to comply with the dismissal issued by the emergency services.
The police have initiated proceedings against all those involved for violating the ordinance to combat the corona pandemic.
