The Central Meteorological Observatory predicts that today, there will be light to moderate snow or sleet and heavy snow in parts of the northwest of Heilongjiang, southwest and east of Tibet, southeast of Qinghai, and northern Sichuan plateau.

There were light to moderate rains in southeastern Tibet, the east and north of southwestern regions, Jianghan, Jianghuai, most of Jiangnan, and most of southern China. Among them, there were heavy rains in southern Fujian and northeastern Guangdong, and local heavy rains.

The Central Meteorological Observatory predicts that there will be light rain in parts of the southeast of Tibet, the southeast of the northwest, the northeast and west of Jiangnan, most of the southwest, and most of southern China.
