And that marketing keeps pace with the current development that characterizes the markets and is not far from them, and there must be a unified guide that includes a system for displaying services and real estate with a mechanism that does not infringe on the privacy of investors or disturb them.

The real estate developer must also preserve the privacy and data of investors, and define a clear marketing mechanism approved by the official authorities and limit all wrongful practices.
