According to him, a quarter of the monthly norm may fall on Sunday.

He noted that the record amount of precipitation for March 7 in the entire history of observations is 8.1 mm.

Earlier, the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Housing and Public Utilities and Improvement, Pyotr Biryukov, said that utilities were put on high alert due to snow and wind.
