　　The State Administration of Radio and Television recently released a forecast of the time for the spring satellite "sunrise" in major cities across the country in 2021.

The notice pointed out that from February 25 to March 17, 2021, the satellites used for the transmission of China’s radio and television programs will enter the "Sun Transit" period. At that time, the reception of satellite radio and television programs will be affected by the "Sun Transit" and will be "interrupted". Unclear, "mosaic", "snowflakes" or even "black screen" conditions are called "sunlight", which means the sun invades and interferes. This is a very normal natural phenomenon.
