On the 22nd of last month, the Osaka District Court ruled that the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's decision to reduce the amount of payment was canceled, saying that "there is a deviation or abuse of discretionary power and it violates the Public Assistance Act." I handed it over.



According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, after discussing the response with 12 cities, all the cities appealed the decision to the Osaka High Court on the 5th.



Meanwhile, a lawyer representing the plaintiff has told NHK that he will soon appeal to NHK for not being allowed to pay the national award.



Class action proceedings have been filed in 29 places nationwide over the reduction of welfare expenses, but it was the first time that the reduction was canceled because it was judged to be illegal, and the response of local governments and the national government was drawing attention.
