No more going out.

Not being able to kiss and hug those close to you.

Work or study alone "at a distance" or worse, no longer being able to work because of the restrictive measures and struggling to make ends meet.

For the past year, with a daily life governed and constrained by the coronavirus health crisis, many of us have experienced weariness and a feeling of loss of meaning in a world that is no longer going very well.

So, to offer themselves a little balm in the heart and find meaning in their life, some have for the first time made the choice of solidarity by giving of themselves, by committing to causes that raise their awareness. and forging new social bonds.

Joining an association, preparing packages or free meals for students with limited means, shopping for the elderly, not very mobile and isolated: solidarity initiatives are multiplying, and many are discovering the joy that comes from doing good to others.

Is this your case?

What solidarity initiative have you undertaken?

What was your motivation and what did it bring you?

Do you plan to continue when the situation calms down?
