On March 3, a number of Chinese and foreign paleontologists jointly issued a message confirming that the Sambiluoka No. 2 footprint site in Zhaojue County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, is the largest dinosaur footprint site discovered in China.

The dinosaur footprint point is located in a local copper mining area, covering an area of more than 9,000 square meters, with at least 933 footprints.

At present, the Sambiluoka mining area has stopped ore mining.
