And that with a very specific morning routine.

And I'll try it out today.

7:30 a.m. - take a cold shower

First of all, the body should get going and take a cold shower for at least 30 seconds.

This should strengthen my immune system and really wake me up.

8:00 a.m. - Bulletproof Coffee
