Big data can effectively promote economic transformation and development, but at the same time, data security has also become a major practical issue.

Recently, Tan Jianfeng, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and chairman of the Shanghai Information Security Industry Association, pointed out that many technologies are currently being used indiscriminately, collecting people's biological characteristics at will, lacking control measures, and presenting certain risks.

Tan Jianfeng suggested that all non-renewable data should not be collected by the market at will.

The state should establish a "data bank" to uniformly manage and control data.
