The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has newly issued a stronger "request" that can issue "orders" to 40 restaurants that do not respond to requests for shortening business hours, based on the Special Measures Law. I did it.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is currently requesting restaurants to shorten their business hours to 8:00 pm, but some stores do not respond.

For this reason, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government made a new stronger "request" based on Article 45 of the Special Measures Law on the 3rd to a total of 40 stores, including restaurants and stores with entertainment that are open at night.

It is a "request" that can only be applied under a state of emergency, and if you do not respond without a justifiable reason, the prefectural governor can issue an "order" and ultimately impose a fine as an administrative punishment.

On February 26th, the capital made the same "request" to 34 restaurants as this time, but as of the 2nd, there was no response, so whether to issue an "order" in the future It means that we will consider including it.
