Two men in their 40s were arrested for stealing a tractor from a farmhouse in Hanyu City, Saitama Prefecture.

Ten tractors have been confiscated from the parties involved, and police are investigating them as they have repeatedly stolen them for the purpose of selling them.

The people arrested were Tetsuya Nohara (47), a self-proclaimed used car dealer in Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture, and Makoto Yoshino (52), a mahjong store employee in Gyoda City. According to police, Hanyu City last October. It is suspected that he stole a tractor from a farmer in Saitama.



According to the investigators, "the same person has come to sell the tractor many times", the purchaser provided information to the police, and as a result of proceeding with the investigation, the tractor was matched from the warehouse rented by Mr. Nohara. It means that 10 units were seized.

All of them were stolen in Saitama, Gunma and Tochigi prefectures, and the total damage is estimated to be about 15 million yen.



The police are proceeding with the elucidation of the actual situation, assuming that they have repeatedly stolen for the purpose of selling to purchasers.
