February 26 is the fifteenth Japanese Yen Festival on the first lunar month.
The Wong Tai Sin Temple at Sik Sik Yuen in Hong Kong was extended to 9 pm on the same day.
It coincides with the 100th anniversary celebration of Wong Tai Sin Temple. Earlier in the garden, various halls in Tai Sin Temple were renovated and various lightings were added. The statues of Yuelao and Jiaou Tiancheng that were not open during the Chinese New Year were reopened for worship on the same day. Few singles or couples rush to visit Yue Lao, praying for success in honey luck and smooth marriage.
