Thirty years after his disappearance, Europe 1 pays tribute to Serge Gainsbourg on Tuesday through a special day dedicated to "the man with the head of cabbage".

On the program in particular: a musical program entirely geared towards the diversity of this major artist and an all-sound documentary produced thanks to the exclusive archives of the station.

7:40 am: Matthieu Belliard's “Tête-à-tête” 

Matthieu Belliard will invite listeners to discover a few minutes of the all-sound "Gainsbourg forever".

4 pm-6pm: Historically Yours

Stéphane Bern and Matthieu Noël will paint the portrait of “great missing poets” with an exceptional guest: Jane Birkin, for Stéphane Bern's story dedicated to Serge Gainsbourg.

8 pm-10pm: Music!

Émilie Mazoyer will be back in 

Music!

 on the career of this unclassifiable artist.

From 8 p.m. listeners will discover “Gainsbourg forever”, an all-sound documentary produced by Julien Tharaud from the station's archives.

Among the highlights: Serge Gainsbourg delivering himself with sincerity to the microphone of the station's great voices such as Jacques Lanzmann, François Jouffa or, more recently, Laurent Boyer for his last radio interview or this unpublished live of the title 

Because

 Charles Aznavour revisited in a Jazz version by Gainsbourg.

An intimate story dedicated to this outstanding artist but also to the complexity of man to reveal to listeners another facet of Serge Gainsbourg.

From 9 p.m., Emilie Mazoyer will collect the anecdotes of her son Lulu Gainsbourg, but also of Dani and Alain Chamfort who collaborated with him on three of his albums.
