During the review and prosecution stage, the procuratorial organ informed the defendant Luo Jiazhan of the litigation rights according to law, interrogated the defendant, and listened to the opinions of the defender.
The procuratorial organ prosecuted allegations: Defendant Luo Jiazhen took advantage of his position as chief accountant of China National Machinery Industry Corporation and chairman of SINOMACH Finance Co., Ltd. to embezzle public property with a particularly large amount; he used his position as China National Engineering and Agricultural Machinery Import and Export Corporation Chief accountant, general manager, assistant to the president, assistant to the general manager, and chief accountant of China National Machinery Equipment (Group) Corporation, general manager and chairman of SINOMACH Finance Co., Ltd., etc., to seek benefits for others, or use their powers, Facilitating the formation of status, seeking illegitimate benefits for others, illegally accepting other people’s property through the conduct of staff in other countries, the amount of which is particularly huge, should be investigated for criminal responsibility for corruption and bribery in accordance with the law.
