From 2003 to 2014, he received bribes from Wang and Yang totaling 2.52 million yuan.

From 2011 to 2019, the defendant Ma Yaozhou served as the deputy head of the People’s Government of Yufeng District, Liuzhou City, the director of the Management Committee of the Luowei Industrial Concentration Zone of Liuzhou City, the member of the Standing Committee of the District Committee, the director of the District Committee Office, the member of the Standing Committee of the Luzhai County Committee, and the deputy county. Defendant Ma Yaozhou used his position as deputy manager of the sales company, deputy director of the production department, director of the body shop, deputy director of the body plant, assistant director of the body plant, and assistant director of the body shop during Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile Co., Ltd. The total amount is 2.52 million yuan, which is a huge amount, and his behavior constitutes the crime of bribery by non-state employees.
