  • Failing to be able to open to the public, the concert hall Le Bijou, in Toulouse, has just launched “Delivreznoo”.

  • This home song delivery service offers Toulouse residents for a few euros to receive a singer in their living room.

  • A new programming of slots takes place on Saturday March 6, just for a change of scenery.

A la carte there is the song of the day, or the complete menu or the platter to share.

Except that the products of the delivery are not to be tasted but to be listened to.

After a first operation last Saturday, the concert hall Le Bijou, in Toulouse, is back on March 6 with its delivery of songs to home “Delivreznoo”, quite a symbol.

Failing to be able to welcome the public for live concerts, the head of the Bijou, Pascal Chauvet, decided that the singers would go to their audience.

Thus, last week, Valentin Vander and Davy Kilembe invited themselves to the lounges of 22 Toulouse residents to push the song, for a price ranging from five to thirty euros depending on the menu ordered.

History that it is accessible to all, without it being “junk” music for all that.

Surprise singer

Because like the famous meal delivery platform, the singer arrives at the given niche with accompanying guitar.

“The idea is to ensure that the public does not know who is going to visit them, it could be emerging artists, like our usual programming.

And then it must be a surprise ”, pleads Pascal Chauvet.

Far from the atmosphere of crowded rooms, the

cozy

atmosphere of

a garden or a living room charmed successive audiences.

“I followed one of the artists all day, and it was mind-blowing.

There were some who had just been arranged to meet between 11 a.m. and noon, and there was also a birth gift for a nine-day-old baby.

is good, but dehumanizing.

We want to get people out from behind their computers, ”continues the manager of the Bijou.

A concept that made children since the artists "Delivreznoo" will also deliver at home in Lautrec, in the Tarn, or in Perpignan.

And, when theaters reopen, the idea of maintaining this concept will certainly continue in Toulouse.

“By dint of waiting for announcements that did not come, something had to be done.

After January 15th, there was a hollow, we all said to each other "Where are we going?"

We can bet that in the spring it will start again little by little, ”tries to positively Pascal Chauvet who says he is ready to reopen his room overnight.
