Walking into the store, "Substitute Noodle" is written in large letters on the wall, which is a code name full of warmth and love.
The word "substitute" originated in Europe. "Substitute noodles" means that after customers eat noodles, they buy more noodles and store them in the store for those who are in financial difficulties or need help to eat with dignity.
On February 23, the reporter visited this small shop.

48-year-old Cheng Yajuan, the owner of this small shop, comes from Shaanxi. She has lived in Shenyang for 25 years and runs the small shop with her husband.
In October 2020, the “Substitute Noodles” charity action will be launched to provide a bowl of noodles for free for those who encounter difficulties to solve food and clothing.
Cheng Yajuan said that she didn't think she had done anything. She told reporters that she did it mainly from her father.

Cheng Yajuan has helped more than 50 people since the launch of the "Alternative Noodles" Love Action. For those who came to the store, Cheng Yajuan would not specifically identify them. In addition to the code name, Cheng Yajuan would sometimes understand the meaning of the expression.

For this kind of phenomenon, Cheng Yajuan said that this is only a very small number, most people are still willing to help and accept this, and they only need to have a clear conscience.
