Investigations revealed that the butcher ended the life of his first wife, Fatima Zakaria, due to financial and family disputes, as he returned her from her father's house after reconciling with her, then invited her to eat the last supper, poisoned her and hit her with a sharp object on her head, and put her body in a large "freezer" until her grave was prepared next to his friend's grave Mohandes Reda, then buried her.
The third victim was a girl named Nadine who worked in one of the libraries that he seized from his friend Reda, and he lured the girl to his house and killed her in the same way and buried her body next to the body of his friend and ex-wife.
In 2017, Al-Saffah went to Alexandria and there he continued committing his crimes, killing a worker in his shop.
