At about 12:00 on February 22, a major criminal case occurred in Baolongshan Town, Kezuozhong Banner, Tongliao City.
After investigation by the public security organs, local resident Chen Haiquan was suspected of committing a major crime. The Kezuozhongqi police issued a "Announcement of Co-investigation", offering a reward of 30,000 yuan to arrest the suspect.
It is reported that the suspect, born in 1989, Chen Haiquan is from Kezuozhong Banner, is about 168cm tall and of medium build.
At the time of the incident, Chen Hai was wearing dark blue cotton clothes, dark jeans, and green belted sweater under the cotton clothes.
It is worth mentioning that Chen Haiquan injured one hand and wrapped it with a pink towel when escaping.
