Can math be racist?

The question sounds absurd, because numbers, circles, and rectangles have nothing to do with racist clichés.

They have no skin color, no geographical origin, no language, no exotic accent.

Even if you look at different symbols for the same number, if you compare the Arabic with the Roman numerals, nothing is noticeable that could remind of racist stereotypes.
