Fame in the cinema came to Gradova, including after the release of the television movie "Seventeen Moments of Spring", in which she played the radio operator Kat.

Gradova was born in Moscow on October 6, 1946, she studied at the Moscow Institute of Foreign Languages, and in 1969 graduated from the Moscow Art Theater School.
