"We broke the sacrosanct rule of five victories"

Samuel Etienne recalls that "Questions for a champion" is regularly transformed "to evolve with the times".

But it's a major change the show is experiencing from Monday.

"We break the sacrosanct rule of five victories", announces Samuel Etienne.

"Until now, we couldn't go past five wins in a row. When we got to five wins, we would win the pot and it would end there, we would become 'Super Champion' and we would leave."

From now on, contestants will stay on the show for as long as they win.

"In the history of the game, it's a small revolution, because it has never happened before. It will provoke new adventures, with candidates who will be able to stay longer," says Samuel Etienne in advance. .

"There will be no dancers"

Beyond this major rule change, "Questions pour un champion" will celebrate during the same program the anniversary of the five years of presentation of Samuel Etienne.

"As it is the public service, it will be stable and reasonable", reassures the journalist.

"For five years, I have a joke with the producer of this show: I tell him that we should put dancers on the show. But obviously, there will be no dancers ..."

The production still planned several surprises, which Samuel Etienne discovered during filming.

"There will be a cake which is bigger than me. And many mythical candidates of this game recorded a small message which is diffused during the emission. It made me very happy", reveals the presenter.
