Lenny Kravitz has just joined the cast of
Shotgun Wedding
, a romantic action comedy produced by Lionsgate and written by Mark Hammer and Liz Meriwether with Jennifer Lopez.
According to the Deadline, the rocker will play Sean, the globe-trotting ex-boyfriend of Grace, the character of the Bomba Latina, who is about to marry Tom, himself played by Josh Duhamel.
Side frame, the bride and groom are preparing to say yes in a heavenly place but they are in the grip of doubt.
It is then that a hostage-taking will spice up the wedding cake and leave the couple one last time for reflection.
This will be Lenny Kravitz's first film appearance since
Hunger Games: The Blaze
released in 2013.
