Tianjin Binhai New Area Public Security Bureau issued a report on its WeChat official account on the 20th, stating that on the morning of February 17, a criminal case occurred in Taiping Town, Binhai New Area. The suspect Wang Lixin and Teng XX (both A native of Binhai New District, Tianjin) suffered a physical conflict due to contradictions. During this period, Wang Lixin slashed Teng with a knife to death and ran away.

After the incident, the public security organs quickly carried out investigation and arrest work.

At 7 o'clock on February 20, with the support and cooperation of the public security organs of Hebei Province, the wanted criminal suspect Wang Lixin was successfully arrested.
