In 2017, the Swede Michael signed an agreement with the local government to take over the stray dog ​​shelter originally under the jurisdiction of the government, and expand and improve on this basis. The originally small stray dog ​​shelter was built and now covers an area of ​​more than 5,000 square meters. The large-scale reception center is divided into seven areas including isolation area, clinic area and containment area.

There are currently more than 600 dogs in the shelter.

The staff will take stray dogs out for a walk every day, and more than 20 disabled dogs will go out in special "wheelchairs" made for them.
