The attack on a money transporter on Berlin's Ku'damm on Friday morning, in which two security guards were injured, was perpetrated by at least four disguised, masked and partly armed men.

This is shown in a video that was posted on the Internet.

The heads and faces are covered with cloth masks or hats.

The police classify the video as authentic.

The four men can be seen in the film, which was shot from a window of a house at the crime scene.

They wear orange jackets and sometimes trousers that are reminiscent of the clothes worn by workers on road construction sites.

They frantically pack objects from the open side door of a blue van that is parked on the sidewalk into a large white sack.

At least one of them could be holding a black pistol in their right hand.

A differently dressed man lies on the floor.

The men drag the full sack to the side of the road.

Then the 22 second long video stops.

According to the police, a car that was found burning on Bessemerstrasse south of the city motorway in Tempelhof-Schöneberg could be the getaway car.

“The procedure suggests that it was relatively organized.

The perpetrators acted ruthlessly to get at the prey.

Violence was used, "said a police spokesman.

The burned-out vehicle is now being checked, traces from the crime scene are being secured, and there are many testimonies.

“Of course, connections to previous crimes are also checked.” It cannot yet be said whether there are any indications in the direction of organized crime or clan crime.

Previously, on June 16, a money messenger was ambushed to deliver to a bank in Wilmersdorf.

Two perpetrators threatened the messenger with a gun, stole a suitcase of money and escaped - it is said to have been half a million euros.

On July 31, four men assaulted an employee of a cash transport at a Postbank branch in the department store on Hermannplatz.

They sprayed irritant gas, but had to flee without money.

On August 4, robbers rammed a van into a window grille at the bank in Wilmersdorf, which had already been affected in July.

They got into the building.

Then there was an exchange of fire with a security guard who was hit in the shoulder.

The robbers set fire to the van and fled on foot without prey to the nearby city highway, where they escaped in a getaway car.

After several attacks, the police had pointed out the perpetrators' different approaches, but emphasized that a connection would of course be examined.
