The managers of the Hautacam leisure park had a lot on their hearts.

So, they decided to publish a long message on Facebook, after an accident on Wednesday on the "mountain luge" of the Haut-Pyrenees site, which required her temporary stop to evacuate an injured woman.

“This incident was reported to us at 2:31 pm.

The priority was therefore to go see the victim to provide assistance.

At 2:45 p.m. exactly, a manager arrived in the store to explain the situation when our cashier had already been taken to task.

Customers were indeed claiming their reimbursement.

A park official intervened but that did not calm things down.

“We didn't even give him time to speak up when about twenty people started yelling at him to get reimbursed.

The latter reminded them that the gauge was six people in the store, something that was not even respected.

"

Threats of "looting"

According to the site, the person in charge asked for a delay of 15 minutes, "the time to have a return from the gendarmerie and the emergency services to inform them of the continuation of the events and if a refund was necessary or not".

“He was then threatened with having the cash register and the store looted.

"

Eventually, refunds were made from 2:55 p.m., the amusement park said.

The sledge restarted 55 minutes later.

Through this message of indignation, the leisure park also wanted to "thank all the understanding people who were able to be patient and show their support".
