The two forest farms where the Siberian tiger was found are only more than 20 kilometers apart.

However, in terms of natural conditions, there is no need to worry too much about the phenomenon of "one mountain accommodates two tigers". The forest area under the jurisdiction of Tianqiaoling Forestry Bureau is close to 200,000 hectares, which is a vast forest, enough for them to move freely.

In recent years, traces of tigers and leopards in Tianqiaoling have appeared frequently.

In 2015, male adult wild Siberian tigers were photographed in the 9th forest class and 6th group; in 2018, male adult wild Siberian tigers were photographed in the 40th forest class 19th group; in 2019, the wild Siberian tiger was photographed in Lindugou of Xinkai Forest Farm; In 2020, male adult wild Northeastern leopards and others were photographed in Linban 15.

99.99% of the state-owned forest area of Tianqiaoling Forestry Bureau has been allocated to the Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park.

Today, the Tianqiaoling forest area has become a potential settlement for the expansion of the Siberian tiger and leopard populations in the Hunchun and Wangqing National Nature Reserves in Jilin Province. It is also a key ecological corridor for the expansion of the Siberian tiger and leopard from Russia to the hinterland of Changbai Mountain along the junction of Jilin and Heilongjiang. .
