  It is expected that the "Rhododendron" will move westward at a speed of 5-10 kilometers per hour, gradually approaching the southeastern coast of the Philippines, and its intensity will gradually increase. It will land on the southeastern coast of the Philippines at night on the 20th (strong tropical storm level, 10 Level, 25-28m/s), will pass through the central and southern Philippines, and may move to the eastern part of the South China Sea during the day on the 22nd, and the intensity tends to weaken later.
