Nicolas Carreau, literary specialist in Europe 1, who can be found every Sunday from 2 pm to 3 pm in "The voice is book", is the godfather of this second edition of the Literary Prize Europe1-GMF.

In the jury, composed in particular of personalities from the world of Letters and the High Civil Service but also of 4 GMF members, will also appear Constance Benqué, president of Lagardère News and the journalists Sophie Larmoyer and Patrick Cohen.

Two listeners from Europe 1 will also be selected through a competition on Club Europe 1 to be part of the jury.

From a preselection of works published on the occasion of the start of the January 2021 school year, 5 works will be in the running to win the prize.

The novels will all carry values of commitment, solidarity and collective.

The main characters will be men and women who work to make society more human, or public service agents who serve others by vocation.

As the leading insurer of public service employees, GMF, partner of Europe 1 on this award, has for many years been working to promote those who serve others and who have made it their vocation.

This Literary Prize is an additional means of promoting one's commitment to the service of the general interest but also the literary quality of the works which carry these stories.
