Regarding the new coronavirus vaccine, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare revealed that 486 new medical workers were newly vaccinated in the 24 hours until 5 pm on the 18th.
The vaccinations were given at 16 hospitals, with no noticeable adverse reactions reported so far.
This brings the total number of vaccinated healthcare workers to 611.
