Galway, a full-time firefighter who was on vacation, happened to be passing by, and did not hesitate to jump into the lake to lift the little girl and save it to the shore.

It is reported that the name of the brave man was Gao Wei, a full-time firefighter from the Zishan Fire Rescue Station of the Hui’an Fire Rescue Brigade, who happened to pass by the lake where the incident occurred.
The place where the little girl slipped was a slope from shallow water to deep water. The bottom of the lake was both slanted and slippery, nearly 1.5 meters deep.
