　　The Spring Festival holiday is over and the winter vacation for colleges and universities is coming to an end.

According to the requirements for the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, as of February 18, universities in Beijing, Hubei, Heilongjiang, Anhui and other places have clearly postponed the opening of classes. They will be greeted by methods such as batch classification, staggered start of school, application approval, and online teaching. The spring semester is here.

　　The reporter combed and found that many colleges and universities in various regions have issued notices delaying students' return to school.

Peking University changed the start date to March 8, which is two weeks later than the previous school calendar arrangement.

Renmin University of China adjusted to March 1, which was one week later than the original scheduled spring semester.

The overall return of Beijing Institute of Technology students is delayed by about 3 weeks.

　　The Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education announced that colleges and universities should avoid the peak of the Spring Festival travel return journey, that is, from February 27 to 28, insist on phases and batches, and start school at the wrong time.

In principle, 14 days before the start of semester, university faculty and staff should return to the school location for home observation.

　　On February 17, Anhui Normal University issued a notice to adjust the return time of teachers and students in the spring semester of 2021.

The 2019 and 2020 undergraduates and all graduate students will register on March 5 (Friday), and the 2017 and 2018 undergraduates will register on March 7 (Sunday). Classes will start on March 8 (Monday).

Harbin Institute of Technology will start on March 8. Students will return to school in batches from March 3 to 6. Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine will strictly implement the "six uniformity" requirements, and all students are not allowed to return to school in advance without the school's permission.

Graduate students can apply to return to school from February 22 to 24 due to scientific research or course needs; other graduate students who have no classes temporarily and do not need to engage in scientific research will return to school from February 25 to 28.

According to the school calendar, students will formally start classes on February 25.

For example, for students who come from low-risk areas and do not have a history of residence in high-risk areas within 14 days, they can apply to return to school with the green code of health code, etc.; students in high-risk areas are not allowed to return to school in principle. Some schools in Anhui stated that all students returning from abroad in the near future will first implement measures such as "14+7" centralized isolation and health management.

　　In order to ensure that the school is not postponed, "no return to school" and "seamless connection between online teaching and offline school" have become new choices for many colleges and universities.

For example, the University of International Business and Economics notified on the 18th that from March 1st to 15th, classes will be taught online according to the original schedule and teaching plan. From March 16th to 21st, students will suspend classes and return to school in installments; March 22 To resume offline teaching.

The Central University of Finance and Economics will also start online on February 22, and is tentatively scheduled to organize students to return to school from March 16.

Heilongjiang proposed to strengthen the reserve of epidemic prevention materials, do a good job of killing on campus, improve emergency plans and carry out on-site drills, and make arrangements for nucleic acid testing before and after the school starts in advance.

Wuchang Vocational College requires students to understand the recent physical and psychological conditions of students in advance, take forms such as online theme class meetings, conduct epidemic prevention and control and safety warning education for students, and clarify the procedures and instructions for returning to school.
