Because what you think is formulated at least to some extent: "Now don't annoy him again, you've never talked to each other, what's your name anyway and what do you want to hear now?"
And on the other hand, he reveals a lot more of his positive feelings than is good for the tension of the show.
But that's exactly what the show, absurdly, does even better.
Because where else the classic final question is: "Will he take X or Y?" - actually he slept with everyone on the dream date, told everyone the same thing and all women are equally in love with him - this is how the situation looks at Niko in episode five different.
There is a top favorite and one who is close on her heels.
He says a lot of nice things to both of them, shows and says again and again that he is interested.
Fortunately, both women are called Michelle, one is called Mimi and that is also the nicer of the two women.
Niko thinks Michelle is pretty hot and mysterious (she's probably hot and not much more), he seems to like Mimi pretty much.
Editing and storytelling also focus on the rivalry between the two, the other confirmation interview women are only the necessary resonance space for conflicts and small sidekicks.

And yes, actually you are too early with it, on the other hand, it finally tells a decent story that you can then believe that in a few weeks something can develop from it that could become a relationship.
The overnight date with Mimi seems to have really authentic moments, for example when she asks about his quirks and he replies: "I'm the Bachelor" - or the two find out how well they can hug each other.
