Kuwait: Arrest of a laboratory technician who issued 60 forged "Corona" examination certificates for residents

Yesterday, the General Administration of Criminal Investigation in Kuwait arrested an Asian laboratory technician, working in a private laboratory, on charges of issuing forged pcr certificates, for 30 dinars (360 dirhams) for each certificate, without conducting an examination, and his commission is 6 dinars, and the rest of the amount goes to the clinic.

"Al-Qabas" newspaper reported that the 51-year-old accused confessed to his crime, and revealed that he had issued about 60 forged certificates to several people whose data he kept, and his confessions were documented and referred to the Public Prosecution.

A security source told «Al-Qabas»: “All those dealing with the accused have been reached, as it was found that most of them are outside the country, indicating that the residents who obtained fraudulent Corona examination certificates, are destined to be deported, and they will be arrested upon entering the country.”
