In Niger, it is on Sunday February 21 that the second round of the presidential election will take place.

In the absence of President Mahamadou Issoufou (who is stepping down after two terms), this election will pit the candidate of the ruling party, Mohamed Bazoum - who came first in the first round with some 39% of the vote - and the former President Mahamane Ousmane - who obtained some 17% of the vote.

There is therefore a 22 point gap between the two challengers.

However, the candidate Mahamane Ousmane believes in it, he says it at the microphone of RFI.
