How to deal with the aging of its population?

South Korea, the country with the lowest birth rate in the OECD, sees the proportion of people over 65 growing steadily.

An increase accompanied by precariousness, a still inefficient pension system and rapid growth have left more than 3 million elderly South Koreans living below the poverty line.
