Since mid-December 2020, a new coalition of armed men has been raging in the Central African Republic.

The CPC has opposed loyalist forces in several provincial towns in recent weeks, even attacking the capital Bangui.

In the provinces, intense fighting took place in particular, on January 9 and 17, 2021, in the city of Bouar, in the west of the country, causing thousands of displaced persons.

A strategic city located on the country's supply axis, cut off since December by the coalition.

Impossible to circulate on the axis, which considerably slows down the possibility of providing support on the spot.

The Central African armed forces supported by their allies are in the process of clearing this road.

They entered Bouar yesterday (Tuesday February 9).

Here, the story of the life of displaced people in a town which, until recently, was partly under the control of armed groups.
