The Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office has not prosecuted a man from a Tokyo employee who was arrested for committing obscene acts on a woman he knew.
A man acting as the deputy chief of the Health Policy Division of the Tokyo Metropolitan Health and Welfare Bureau was arrested last month on suspicion of forcibly committing an obscene act to a woman he knew.
As a result of the investigation, the Tokyo District Prosecutor's Office dismissed the man on the 10th.
The prosecution has not disclosed the reason for the disposition.
